Amaro inc. honours the warranties for all the products and accessories that we sell. Therefore, it’s important that you keep your receipt when you purchase a water cooler. If your cooler needs repairs, bring it to one of our sales centres. Assessment fees may apply.

Follow these 5 steps to clean your water cooler:

1. Disinfect the water reservoir
2. Disinfect the faucets
3. Clean the drip tray and grid
4. Clean the exterior cabinet
5. Clean the back grill to allow air to flow to the compressor

To ensure that your water cooler is sanitized, we recommend that you use the "Sterile" cleaning kit, which includes brushes and cleaning solution for $14.95. The cleaning solution refill is available for $11.95. The kit will last you 2 years, with 4 cleanings per year. The "Sterile" cleaning solution is made specially to clean water coolers and is biodegradable. To order a cleaning kit, fill out the form.

Regular cleaning of your water cooler is important and must be done every 3 months to ensure that your bottled water remains pristine (think of the changing seasons).
